User Support 

Opening and closing e-mail accounts and helping users who have problems,
Communication lists; opening, closing and performing list membership procedures,
Informing users about e-mails that are not distributed in communication lists,
Providing support to users in terms of Proxy service,
Arved (Research Data Evaluation System) opening user accounts and helping users,
Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft Imagine service opening user accounts and helping users,
Wireless network user accounts; opening, closing, and helping users with problems,
Turning off the MAC addresses of users who make excessive traffic on the wireless network, checking their devices when necessary.To inform their opinions and suggestions regarding the implementation of the legislation related to their duties,
Conducting research and examinations related to the field of duty and reporting,
Participation in the preparation and implementation of the training program to be carried out by the Administration,
Coordination with other units,
Performing similar duties assigned by their superiors.
