Dr. Burak Keçecioğlu’s Article Examining the Liability of Corporate Organs for Torts in Joint Stock Companies Has Been Published in the Bank and Commercial Law Journal

The peer-reviewed article co-authored by Dr. Burak Keçecioğlu, a faculty member of the Department of Commercial Law at our Faculty of Law, titled “Liability Arising from the Tort of the Corporate Organ within the Framework of Article 371/5 of the Turkish Commercial Code,” has been published in the Bank and Commercial Law Journal as the second author.
