Objectives of the Undergraduate Program

Physical education activities that are popular with society, improving human relations and social integration in accordance with the understanding of Fair Play, individuals who are interested in physical education, scientific support and resources on the subject of interest, children and young people in need of special education to help them to express themselves through physical education activities, physical education The aim of this course is to train physical education and sports teachers who place their understanding in their educational institutions, develop their ability to work together and share with the understanding of department management and contribute to the physical, mental, social and emotional development of individuals in every age group.

Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate from Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department, a total of 196 hours of teaching and training activities are required, 132 of which are theoretical and 64 of which are practical. Each student has to take at least 240 European Credit Transfer Systems (ECTS) courses in order to graduate from Pre-School Teaching.


Physical Education Department students; In the 6th and 8th semesters, it is planned to take ”School Experience er and ve Teaching Practice, lessons and to get practical training in private and official kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and high schools.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of the Ministry of National Education, pre-school, primary education, secondary schools and equivalent schools, Youth and Sports Directorate in the central and provincial organization, sportive activities for disabled people in the education and applications, healthy living in the name of the public and private organizations that organize activities in the social life applications.
